How it plays
A money economy,
not a building grind.
Instead of chopping wood and placing tool cupboards, you pick careers, run businesses, pull heists and deal on the drug market. Cash flows through banks, property deeds, ATMs and laundromats. Legit work is steady. Crime pays more — if you don't get caught.
Career
Choose a job and grind it full-time — each one progresses over time and unlocks rare materials and exclusive items to use or sell.
Crime
Knock over stores for quick cash, ambush the police escort, or gear up and hit the Lazaria Bank vault for gold bars. Warrants follow.
Property
Buy apartments, houses, warehouses and mansions. Upgrade doors, alarms and vaults so rivals can't clear you out.
Launder & grow
Run storefronts, laundromats and nightclubs, clean the money, and pull weekly profits into a bigger empire.

Wipes & first hour
Two-week wipes.
A city that keeps score.
Life resets every two weeks so the economy stays fresh, but progression, schematics and rep are built to make each wipe move your next one forward.
Wipe schedule & what carries over
- Wipes every 2 weeks from each monthly force wipe; full wipe on the first Thursday of the month. The live countdown on the homepage stays current.
- Battlepass progression, skills and schematics are built to persist — every session moves you forward.
- Hard 4-player gang cap. Police are whitelisted and cannot team with civilians. Read the Life rules before you connect.
- Roleplay first: no open-world PvP by default — declare war to fight, or break it and eat the warrant.
Getting started
- Connect. Press the Connect button, or in Rust press F1 and type
client.connect eu.theprojectlazarus.com:25015. - Grab the free kit. Link your Discord and type
/claimkitin game. - Read the new-player guide. The wiki's Getting Started page covers your first job, the bank, property and how the cops work.
- Pick a side. Apply for police in the Discord, or find a gang in LFG.

Is Project Lazarus Life a Rust roleplay server?
Yes. Life is a modded Rust server built like GTA Online: you pick a career, run a business, buy property, deal on the drug market or hold up a bank, while a whitelisted police force chases the criminals. It's a money economy, not a base-building grind.
Is there open-world PvP on Life?
Not by default. Life uses a declaration system: declare war on another player to unlock combat, or break it by attacking in a neutral zone. Crime gets you a warrant, and police can arrest, transport or jail you.
When does Life wipe, and what carries over?
Life wipes every two weeks from each monthly force wipe, with a full wipe on the first Thursday of the month. Schematics, Battlepass progression, skills and unlocked rewards are built to persist across wipes.
What is the gang or team limit on Life?
A hard 4-player cap per gang, enforced by staff. Police are a whitelisted role with their own rules and cannot team with civilians.
